LONG TIME NO TALK / LANG, LANG ISTS HER...
Jeez, havent written on here for more than two months...
But the bright side is two more months down with the Iraq Deployment ;-)
Joe is doing fine so far (if you consider workin in a 100 - 120 (?) degrees environment and sleeping 4 or 5 hours each night as fine...)
He got internet in his room now, which gives us the opportunity to talk most nights...
We also use the webcam to make goofy faces at each other ;-)
I MISS MY PUPPY & THE CAT SO MUCH!! :-(
Since I came to Germany I've been taking care of a couple of things.
I get to save a lot of his paycheck, which Im really excited about. I also have a new part-time job - at a hair salon - surprisingly new, but its great to expand my horizon and learn new things, even if its just how to professionally wash hair, dye roots or a military haircut, which I'll be able to use for the hubby ;-)
I also signed up for a spanish class, it'll start on the 11th. Ay, amigos! lol
On the 2nd I'll start working out at the gym to do something for my health (and to get in shape lol)...
All in all Im thinking a lot about what the future will bring for me. Especially career-wise..
I think I have become more open-minded since Im back in Germany and Im happy to be able to do something that might help me in the future and when Im back in Texas!

Wow, bereits mehr als 2 Monate ist es her, dass ich hier was geschrieben habe...
aber das Gute daran ist, dass sodurch schon 2 Monate vom Deployment rum sind ;-)
Joe gehts ganz gut (wenn man 40-50 Grad Hitze und 4-5 std. Schlaf jede Nacht, als "gut" betrachten kann...)
Er hat nun Internet auf seinem Zimmer, so dass wir an fast jedem Abend sprechen koennen...
Ausserdem nutzen wir die Webcam, um uns gegenseitig dumme Fratzen zu ziehen ;-)

Seit ich zurueck in Deutschland bin, konnte ich mich um einige Dinge kuemmern.
Ich komme dazu, viel von Joes Paycheck zu sparen, was mich unglaublich erleichtert.
Ausserdem habe ich einen neuen Teilzeit-Job - bei einem Friseur - ganz was Neues, was aber ganz gut ist, um meinen Horizont etwas zu erweitern und neue Dinge dazuzulernen, auch wenn es nur "professionelles" Haarewaschen, Ansatz faerben oder ein Militaer-Haarschnitt (was ich ja fuer Joe nutzen kann ;-)) sind...
Ich habe mich auch fuer einen Spanischkurs bei der VHS angemeldet, der am 11.9. anfaengt! Ay amigos! lol
Am 2.9. fange ich im Fitnessstudio an, um was fuer meine Gesundheit zu tun (und in Form zu kommen lol)...
Alles in allem denke ich viel darueber nach, was die Zukunft fuer mich bringen wird, besonders karrieremaessig...
Ich denke, dass ich wieder ein wenig offener geworden bin, seitdem ich zurueck in Deutschland bin und ich bin froh, in der Lage zu sein, etwas zu tun, was mir evtl. in der Zukunft helfen kann und auch wenn ich wieder zurueck nach Texas gehe!
